- Do you offer a free tier for Skrrol and Unitly?
- Yes. Skrrol has a free tier with up to 30 generations per month against the Skrrol v2 lite model, intended for creators evaluating the product. Unitly is free on the web with no account required for unlimited conversions across all supported unit categories. API access to Unitly starts at $0.20 per 1,000 calls once you need programmatic integration.
- How does enterprise or custom pricing work?
- Enterprise engagements are quoted based on inference volume, deployment topology (shared, VPC, on-prem), SLA tier, and whether private fine-tuning is in scope. We do not publish per-seat enterprise prices because the variables move a lot — a short scoping call produces a concrete number within a few business days.
- Is there a usage commitment or lock-in?
- Self-serve tiers (Skrrol Pro, Unitly API) are pay-as-you-go with no annual commitment and no egress fees. Enterprise contracts are typically annual with volume commitments that unlock discounted per-call rates; both parties sign a mutual termination clause so neither side is locked into a failing partnership.
- What is included in Skrrol Pro versus Studio?
- Skrrol Pro covers individual and small-team use: up to 1,000 generations per month, full access to Skrrol v2, and commercial usage rights. Skrrol Studio adds custom volume, team seats, SSO and audit logs, and a named support contact — it is aimed at production workflows inside larger organizations.
- Do you offer discounts for startups, research, or non-profits?
- We review startup, academic research, and non-profit pricing case-by-case. Reach out via /contact with a short note about what you are building and the scale you expect, and we will respond with terms that make sense for the work. We do not run a formal program, so the path is conversation rather than a form.
- Can I try Unitly without an account before buying API access?
- Yes. The full Unitly web application at unitly.fyi is free, unlimited, and requires no sign-up. API access is a separate tier intended for integration into your own products or internal tools, and is metered by request volume.
