The interesting work in applied AI is systems, not models.
A foundation model is a component. The product is the evaluation harness, the retrieval layer, the latency budget, the failure modes, and the operational muscle required to keep it all honest under real traffic. That is where we invest.
Analyticity exists because too much AI work either ships unevaluated demos or publishes papers that never touch a production codebase. We build the bridge. Every product we launch has a public benchmark, a model card, a measured p95 latency, and a design partner who will tell us when we got it wrong.
The result is a small portfolio of focused products — Skrrol for creative generation with provenance, Unitly for dimensioned-quantity reasoning — and a research hub that publishes what we learn along the way.

Research that ships
A paper is a hypothesis. A product is an experiment. We invest in both, and we refuse to let the work live only on arXiv.
Evaluation over assertion
We don’t claim capability without a public benchmark, a model card, or a reproducible result. If we can’t measure it, we don’t ship it.
Latency is a product feature
A model nobody can afford to run is a demo. Every product we ship has explicit p95 latency targets and reported hit-rates.
Trust as a primitive
C2PA content credentials and consent-verified voice cloning are product features, not policy pages. Trust gets built into the system, not bolted on after.
Build with, not at
Every product starts with a design partner solving a real problem. We co-design eval sets. We co-author policy docs. We earn the right to scale.
